Project Background:
PCLD has a 20 year relationship with Santa Paula that includes residential, recreation, commercial and urban design . This collage of constructed and under construction urban design projects is clustered around Santa Paula’s Train Station. Green Alley is a downtown pocket park in Santa Paula’s historic District. Mill Plaza, now under construction, is the central rest area for a 31 mile bike trail. The Farm Workers Memorial Plaza honors farm worker families of the Santa Clara River Valley.

Design & administrate construction Public & City Council meetings.
Sustainability:
These projects are focused on creating vibrant outdoor gathering places that reflect Santa Paula’s unique oil, railroad and agricultural heritage. A wayfinding system seeks to unify these elements into an attraction for the community and tourists.
