Site & ROW hardscape and landscape planning and design for podium and at grade multi-family homes.

Quality of Life/Sustainability:
Multi-family outdoor spaces are designed to encourage a connection to the outdoors and to encourage social interaction from intimate small group activity (family barbecues) to recreating with ones neighbors (swimming pools).  The landscape is also used to soften dense architectural and parking/circulation hardscape.
